America gave up world domination and world leadership. With a Russian Asset operating as president of the United States, America deliberately abandoned the PAX Americana that was established after WWII - 80 years of influence - by opposing USSR and Russian tyranny and corrupt influence in the world. America is now on the side of Russia and is helping it conquer Ukraine and then the Balkan States and perhaps as much of Europe as Europe is unwilling to defend. But they will be on their own, and Putin says thanks to Orange Dumbass, and to his deluded Cult.
The destruction of American leadership in science and technology. By attacking, defunding, and destroying scientific research in universities and in the Federal Government, America became a backwards country stuck in a technological backwater as China and the world surged forward in a global scientific explosion. This is especially true in crippling research medically, especially crippling and ending vaccines and vaccine research. If a new pandemic sweeps the world, I am afraid America will lead the world in horror and death.
A severe attempt to end the Rule of Law and change to the Rule of President, but I think that effort will fail. Its failure in 2026 and later will be an historical process and a blessing.
American destruction of all alliances in the world as it switched to America First, meaning America alone.
The countries of the world stop trusting America, stop helping America, stop relying on America. The damage created by Trump and his MAGA cult, demanded by its chief enemy, Russia and Putin, will likely take at least two generations to undo.
