Why do fascists lie obviously? It is an exercise in submission. The tyrant lies and the lie becomes a litmus test for the submissive to submit. Trump lies and says he won the 2020 election. So, if you want to be in the Trump Cult you say that Trump won the 2020 election. If you want to be in the Trump Cabinet or in the Trump Administration you say that Trump won in 2020. If you want to be in the Trump Government bureaucracy you say that Trump won in 2020. If you want to be in the Trump evangelical churches you say that Trump won in 2020.
If you want to stay in the Trump Administration you say that the ICE gestapo bastard that shot Renee Good through the side window as she was slowly driving past him was protecting his own life. If you want to be in the Trump military you say that black, brown, red, yellow, and women officers are unqualified DEI appointments and need to be gotten rid of.
If you want to be in the Trump MAGA party say that the economy is the best that America has ever had. And say that the whole world respects America now more than they ever did. And say that Trump is the healthiest president of all time. If you want to be a good member of MAGA you say that ICE is doing a wonderful job of getting rid of the "worst of the worst criminals" and are doing a great job. Etc etc etc.
Tell the lie and make your servants agree to the lie and make them repeat the lie. That's how you know that they will obey you, and do what you tell them, no matter how illegal or how stupid it is.
